Here is our qualification acknowledgement, application, and credit card authorization form.
We require these three documents and proof of income and copies of driver's licenses for all applicants.
If there is a resident that will be living in the apartment that is over the age of 18, Azalea Hill Suites requires that you complete a criminal background check by submitting the occupant criminal consent form with a copy of the occupant's driver's license.
We require a $50 application fee for the lease holder, a $25 background check fee for occupants over the age of 18, and a $200 refundable security deposit.
